Modular PLCs of the Ambity Line™ series
Optimal solutions for micro and small applications (to several dozen measuring inputs/outputs), with a wide range of different variants of I/O modules.
System architecture and size
Modular solution. The possibility of expanding up to 10 modules allows to obtain a total of 128 measuring inputs and control outputs.
Typical applications
Food and machine industry (technological lines, mixers, dryers), technical and building infrastructure (ventilation, dust removal systems, boiler rooms, nodes).
Easy assembly and expansion
Mounting on a DIN rail with the use of built-in latches (press and hold). Modules connected using a bus connector, installed inside the DIN rail (no wiring required).
The most important thing for us is to create solutions that are useful, intuitive, and in line with the requirements and needs of the environments in which they are used.
At the conceptual stage of the future product, we try to take into account the basic principles of designing in line with the design thinking method. In particular, we pay attention to simple, intuitive and safe operation and the availability of the most frequently used functions, configuration and information - not overloading the solutions, and thus the user, with unnecessary or not very useful functionalities.
Example applications
If you have doubts as to whether our solution fits your application, please write to us.
Control and operation of processes in which the degree, intensity or efficiency of mixing is important, processes that depend on the properties of the products (viscosity, density, weight, temperature).
Dosing, mixing, dilution and raw material transfer systems.
Lines for mixing and dosing loose products, e.g. for the production of baking mixes, spices, for the production of cleaning agents, capsules, etc.
Ventilation, dust collection, exhaust systems, etc. Control of processes in which the precision of temperature, humidity and vacuum parameters is the most important technical requirement.
