Content of the document:

1. Websites in the edscontrollers.com or edscontrollers.pl domain, hereinafter referred to as the “Website” do not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookie files.

2. Cookie files (so called “cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files that are stored on the terminal device of the Website User (such as a telephone, computer, tablet, etc.) and are intended for use of the Website. Cookie files allow us to identify the User’s device and appropriately display the website in accordance with individual preferences, display the website in the User’s language “remembered” by the files as well as use other website settings selected by the User. Cookie files typically contain the name of the website that they originate from, storage time on the terminal device and a unique number.
3. The entity that places the cookie files on the terminal device of the Website User and gains access thereto is eDev Studio Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Olsztyn (domain owner) and Artneo Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Olsztyn (Webmaster).
4. Cookie files are used to:
a) recognize the devices of the Website User and display the Websites in an appropriate customized manner; cookie files enable to remember choices made by the user in respect of the language, browser, settings of selected website elements or opting out of profiled advertising as well as to remember information on the User’s location;
b) create statistics of the manner of Website use (the content viewed, manner of moving between the content, time and number of visits);
c) improve the structure and content of the Website.
5. Two basic types of files are used on the Website:
a) session cookies - these are temporary files stored on the User’s terminal device until the User logs out, leaves the website or closes the software (the browser); they are deleted after closing the website or logging out;
b) persistent cookies - are stored on the User’s terminal device for the period defined in the cookie file parameters or until they are deleted by the User, depending on the Website settings.
6. The following types of cookie files are used on the Website:
a) necessary cookie files that allow to use the services available on the Website, e.g. authentication cookie files used for services that require authentication on the Website; without them the Company would be unable to provide many of the Services that it offers;
b) cookie files used to ensure safety, e.g. used to detect authentication abuses on the Website;
c) performance cookie files that allow us to collect information about how the Website is used;
d) functional cookie files which remember the settings selected by the User and the User’s interface personalization, e.g. in respect of the choice of the language or the region that the User comes from, font size, layout of the website, etc.;
e) advertising cookie files, which make it possible to provide Users with advertising content better adapted to their needs and expectations;
f) analytical cookie files, which allow us to analyse the use of the website, for example to recognize and count the visitors and to see how they move around the website; 
g) harmless cookie files, which are necessary for proper operation of the website and needed to enable website functionalities, but their operation has nothing to do with user tracking.
7. In many cases the software used to browse the websites (Internet browser) by default allows for the storage of cookie files on the User’s terminal device. The Website Users may at any time change the cookie file settings. The settings may be changed in particular to block the automatic handling of cookie files in the Internet browser settings or inform of each case when they are stored on the device of the Website User. Detailed information on the possibilities and ways of handling cookie files can be found in the software (Internet browser) settings.
8. Limiting the use of cookie files may affect some of the functionalities available on the Website.
9. The cookie files are placed on the Website User’s terminal device and may also be used by advertisers and partners that cooperate with the Website administrator.
10. All information concerning the processing of personal data is included in the current Privacy Policy.
