The detailed complaint and warranty policy is included in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS).
Complaints, including warranty claims, are best submitted via the complaint form. Its use is not mandatory; however, for the complaint to be processed, the following information must be provided:
- details of the Claimant (company name, address, contact details, especially e-mail address),
- subject of the complaint (purchase invoice number, invoice item covered by the claim),
- description of defects, damage or non-conformities.
In the case of a complaint concerning a product purchased from a Distributor, proof of purchase (a copy is sufficient) should be attached to the claim.
Before sending the product to the service centre, please make a backup of the data stored in the device, as data may be lost during repair.
The standard manufacturer’s warranty for Ambity Line I/O modules is 24 months and 6 months for accessories.
Complaints are processed within up to 14 days, and repair or replacement is made within 30 days.
