Return and withdrawal rules

Returns of EDS CONTROLLERS / Ambity Line products are processed in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS).
The most convenient way is to submit a return using the form, providing buyer details, invoice number and the reason for return.

The detailed return policy is included in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS).

It is best to submit the return using the return form. Its use is not mandatory; however, for the return request to be accepted for processing, the following information must be provided:

  • details of the Returning Party (company name, address, contact details, especially e-mail address),
  • product being returned (purchase invoice number, invoice item covered by the return),
  • reason for return.

Returns can be reported within 10 calendar days from the delivery date.

We do not accept returns of accessories or devices that are used or damaged.

Returns are settled within up to 14 days.
