Modularity/expandability of the system
The device with additional modules is mounted on a DIN rail. Easy assembly and expansion of the system is facilitated by the built-in latches (apply-and-press type), without the need for additional brackets or adapters. The AL-CPU unit allows you to connect and power up to 10 AL-IO modules (in total up to 120 measuring inputs and control outputs) through special system connectors mounted in the DIN rail recess (no wiring required). These connectors simultaneously form the communication and power bus for the Ambity Line™ system.
